I've spent most of my career building and operating things rather than following a conventional career path.
I've built small businesses, managed teams and contractors, worked remotely for years, coordinated logistics in Germany, worked in quality control, and spent 3.5 years progressing through operational roles at eBay.
Circumstances repeatedly forced me to rebuild in new environments. The common thread was always the same: figure out what needs to happen, organize the people and process around it, and get the work done.
